Trade Both 2nd Round picks for a late 1st?

First, is two 2nd round picks enough to move back into the lower half of the 1st round?

Second, how would you feel about this if someone like Eifert, Austin, Patterson, Ertz are still available going into the later portions of Round 1 picks 20-30,31?

I personally would take the Best CB @12. Also if a dynamic play maker especial someone like Tavon Austin is available I would make that trade in a Heart-Beat.

2 2nd round picks is more than enough but it could be done with our high 2nd rounder and our high 3rd rounder. With 2nds maybe you can get into the early 20s.

This board is going to make me hate Tavon Austin, and I LIKE Tavon Austin.
    ---------------

Top 10 , no order - Winston, Gurley, Cooper, White, Scherff, Beasley, Dupree, Gregory, Williams, and Davis.

TRY and trade back in the first a few spots. Then trade high second and high third to move up.

    Could possibly have
    2 firsts
    2 seconds
    1 third.

    With 1stB draft Austin!

Well according to "the chart", our 2 2nds would move us up to between pick 20 and 21.

Our high 2nd and high 3rd would move us to pick #27.

Our high 2nd and low 3rd moves us to #28.

Low 2nd plus high 3rd moves us to #34.

    Low 2nd and 3rd to #36.

We have a lot of options to move around.

Having so many early draft picks gives Miami a lot of options. I know it was discussed here that if the Dolphins lost Jake Long the team could trade up for one of the top three left tackle prospects. That could be one possibility. But more likely I could see the team moving back into R1 if someone Miami really likes begins falling.

We do know that Jeff Ireland has been a slave to needs when it comes to the draft. Right now, based on the early goings in free agency, there is a glaring need at CB and adding another pass rusher hasn't happened yet. So those two positions will likely be targeted early in the draft. I could see the Dolphins drafting Xavier Rhodes or Desmond Trufant and then trading back into the 1st for someone like Tank Carradine.
