Just odd, White isn't an NFL player.

Perhaps a few years removed from the game has allowed him to grow into his head...maybe...

It'll be the jackpot for White if he makes the team.. He'll go from being out of the NFL, to riding the Niners wave, quite possibly thru a successful season. Most likely never sniffing the field tho!

if u sign White for little to nothing why not take a look he doesnt have to play right away. I mean our gm/parcells were the idiots that took him way to high in draft .

You think he's some kind of potential product?

    Why?

When there are literally tons of QBs that have preformed better out there, and tons more with more potential.

Are they going to experiment with him on the return game maybe? He was kinda shifty.

It's a pity that Teddy and Pat won't be able to reunite in San Francisco. It would be a classic if Pat White could suddenly throw accurately after receiving the kiss of death from Tuna, Sparano and Henning. He was a very good college player and having eliminated a number of career options is now motivated to succeed
