Is Patterson still an option at 12?

If you look at the way the receiver contracts were structured there is a window after year two to get out of the deals with little damage to the cap. Patterson could start in the slot and get 10 touches a game while he develops into a more complete receiver which coincidently should take about two years. The level of trading up rumors for an OL makes me think smoke screen.

I think talent wise he should be considered, but there is a lot of buzz about him being immature and giving lousy interviews. There are questions about his work ethic also. That will scare many teams and I think Miami would be one of the teams that is scared off.

I doubt it but I'd be more inclined to draft Patterson now that we have depth at WR. I say this because Patterson will take time to develop.

I'd hope so. Him, eifert, Austin and lane Johnson I hope are all options

I think 12 has Austin or Eifert written all over it. Either provide the weapons to compete with NE provided Tannehill can pull the trigger.

I never thought he was a good option at #12.

Unlikely that he'll still be there at 12, but he should be an option.

I think he will still be there at 12 and I think the Dolphins will pass. I don't see Cordarrelle going until 15-20 or somewhere in that range.
