Nah I dont buy this, even the Jets must know nobody would take him with his massive salary. Not for a backup.

Makes sense why the trade hasn't gone through. The Bucs were willing to give up a 1, 3, and 6 which is very generous but they are not going to shell out 14 mil for a guy that is playing no better then Freeman.

don't believe everything you read, mark isn't going anywhere but if I was Tampa I'd want that upgrade at QB too. To get a proven winner would be huge for them but they may be fleecing Revis not our QB too.

this would be the best move for both teams. the jest immediatley solve their cap situation and get draft picks. bucs have plenty of cap room and get a qb to push freeman in camp. face it junc, sanchez may turn it around next year, but that is a big MAYBE. more than likely the new gm will try and replace him in the coming years. this would be a win win for the jest, but i doubt the bucs would want to take the cap hit. i know you like sanchez, but this would be the best case, especially for a gm that has a track record of building a team quickly.

Unfortunately it may not happen again here, I think he needs talent around him and we don't have that right now. I'm still hopeful but time is clearly running out for him. If his cap # wasn't so high I think he may have run out of chances but thankfully he'll gte one more chance. We'll see.

If he's so proven and a winner why would he be traded?

BREAKING ESPN NEWS - Revis is taking a physical for Tampa as we speak. Tampa is giving up the 13th overall pick, and some other picks for Revis. I just am going to hate it if the Jets grab Tavon Austn and draft a better QB with their other pick.

If any team has proven track record of how to feck up the draft, its the jest. Just look at the "highlights" ESPN shows prior to when they select.
