As a permanent green card holder you have all the rights (- one) and responsibilities as a citizen. As a green card holder you can not vote. That's about it.

    If you want to differentiate:

A US born citizens has all rights and responsibilities.
A naturalized citizen has the above but the citizenship can be revoked
A green card holder (permanent) has the above minus the right to vote.

Oh yeah, and a green card holder can not be part of the TSA Pre-Approved program yet a green card holder can be a part of the trusted traveler program.

Now read further on about what autistic ally revokes a green card or political asylum.

If you were able to dig a hole and leave them in that hole to die I'd agree. It's too damn expensive to keep these monsters alive.

I have heard the bill for the Underwear Bomber to be kept in protective custody in the Supermax is $200,000 a year.

That's simply nuts. I understand why we as a society decide to keep these monsters alive, but sometimes when you think about the cost it really upsets you.

That conspiracy to commit terrorism revokes his stays of political asylum and green card. Mute point really though seeing how his terrorist brother ran him over drug him a few blocks killing him and did the job for him!

That was not my point. It was about Miranda and if a green card holder has a right to have the Miranda Rights read to him/her. Any foreign person who legally lives here has the right to have his Miranda rights being read to at the moment of an arrest. What happens later is a different story.

We don't live in the times of Judge Dredd where a police officer is law enforcement, judge and executioner in one.

^Even an illegal person here has the Miranda rights too...
