    Daniel Jeremiah's Top-50

Generally like this guy's take. Also explains how a team reaches their vertical board:

With all the Albert talk...he has 7 tackles in the top 50, lowest is Armstead at 41. Justin Pugh at 19, haven't seen that one though lists him OL.

i'm not really sure why these guys have carradine that low off the tape...doesn't add up to me...must be something i'm missing...maybe the medical???

as for jarvis jones i get the whole strength in his hands and smart football player but you got to have some burst and some rush tools to work with to beat nfl tackles consistently...and there's not much there...looks great when he's clean or gets to run around a tackle showing bad technique on college tape but i think he'll struggle against better feet athletes in the pros...

dj hayden might end up the 2nd corner off the damn board before next week...i sure have him there...fast riser late...i knew that wasn't getting to pick #42 when i watched his tape...top 20 talent
hoops scoops 2012 season ..."in 2014 ryan tannehill etches his name in stone amongst the games elite qbs"..."ryan tannehill and andrew luck will carry the afc for the next decade plus the way peyton manning and tom brady have this last decade plus"

I can not believe he has Kyle Long ranked above Jonathan Franklin. I like Long, but I would think Franklin is ranked higher than him

Jeremiah was a great pickup for NFLN. I guess we will see how the draft turns out, but DJ brings a good perspective.

Have to say that I disagree with a lot of it.

Nuke and Woods rated higher than Hunter.
Vaccaro at 11 and Reid at 40.
    Carradine at 31.
Swearinger at 37 (again, ahead of Reid).
    Minter at 35.
    Cyrpien at 29.
Allen at 20 and Patterson at 25.

I do like Jeremiah. Often disagree with him, but he does a good job on NFLN. And there are things I like about his list.

    Austin in the top 15.
    Eifert in the top 15.
Rhodes at 17 (2nd rated CB).

But in all seriousness, rating Teo as a better prospect than Carradine (I know it's not apples to apples, but come on . . . ) is just about unforgivable.

I think he is more in touch with the pro game of today than many of the others on NFL Network. I tend to agree a lot with Jeremiah.

I agree. I've knocked NFL Network in past years because it seemed as if too many fans praised it simply because they thought they were supposed to, to fit in, and as an attachment to ripping ESPN.

Jeremiah was an excellent addition. That Path to the Draft program is vastly improved this year. I still think the network is overstated, and not nearly as good as a specialized network should be, but at least it's now within the photo.
