I'm not an expert on evaluating college talent, but I'm not sold on Milliner for one simple reason: Prior to the combine, Milliner was viewed as a teens to twenties pick by draft experts. The CB position was considered deep, but not very strong at the top (just like the WR position). Then the combine happens and Milliner runs a good 40 and the other CBs all have questions, and suddenly Milliner becomes a top 5 or so pick? Sorry...I don't buy it. I think he "could" be the top CB in this draft, but he will be over-drafted based on the combine and the lack of CB star power in this draft. I don't think he compares to Haden, Claiborne, Patterson, etc....his high draft grade is simply b/c there is no other "great" CB or stud QB.
