Gio Bernard is the best back in this class including Lacy. Gio has GREAT vision, a knack for big plays, can make players miss in a phone booth, and ALWAYS falls forward. He has this way of finishing plays that gives you 2 extra yards that he shouldn't have gotten on EVERY carry. To really appreciate GB you need to watch his every play games instead of just the highlights. He is really a special back.

I hear alot of fans suggest signing a veteran RB to work along miller for a one two punch. I also hear we don't need any help we will have Jonas gray to help carry the load. IMO I am against signing a aging veteran to a one year deal. I want to see continuity at the position. Gray is a good prospect but we really don't know what we have yet. I think the dolphins should raise their odds and use a early pick on a RB that can help miller be a dual threat. Someone that would compliment him very well. Gray to me , if healthy can be our 3rd down back or goal line guy but I mean someone could could be on the field at the same time as miller and be just as dangerous. To me , that guy is Andre Ellington out of Clemson . He's quick he can catch and he will run up hill. I really believe those two would cost less than what bush cost last year alone and will rattle defenses like you wouldn't believe . Watch some tape on the guy, he's no joke and if we can get him late in the 2nd or early in the 3rd, that would be a great addition to the backfield.

imo when thomas dose get his chance to get onto the field he either gets hurt or he fumbles the ball , he has a knack of fumbling quite a bit and i would like for usto bring in bradshaw from the Gmen for atleast a couple years and then draft a RB next year or year after that.

Lets see Thomas has 256 carries for 906 yards and five fumbles in his career which makes him a bum, meanwhile Trent Richardson has 267 carries for 950 yards and three fumbles and yet he's a promising young back. I guess those two extra fumbles are difference between being a good player and bad player.

And for the record Reggie Bush had four fumbles on 227 carries last year and four more on 211 carries in 2011 and few people were calling him out for the fumbles.

Does Thomas need to improve in ball security and overall play? Yes!
Is it too early to say he can't develope into a good player? Yes again!

    no they arent.

If he can stay healthy he is a good back.

He has a low rookie salary so his spot is safe.
Im selling a club level ticket to the Dolphins v Raiders in London - will sell it for below face value. PM me if your interested.

Lets also not forget that Richardson is durable while DT is made of glass. He's not good, and I doubt he makes it out of TC.

Bro I like what Thomas can show in spurts but it isn't consistent enough to guarantee him a roster spot. If you can upgrade they must do so.

Thanks to Like2God for the great Avatar/Sig!

You fumble in the NFL and your days are numbered. It is that simple. No team that I can think of every kept a chronic fumbler. Tiki Barber did early in his career but was able to change how he carried the ball and was successful. It isn't rocket science. Learn to do the most important rudimentary skill of your position.

Just hold on to that ball. If he keeps fumbling then he will be gone.
