Honestly, even though I think it's f-ed up ... In this day and age, are there still American citizens who don't know that they have the right to remain silent?

From all accounts there is more than enough evidence to get a conviction whether or not the guy says a word. They don't want him to lawyer up before he can give information about other threats that might be out there.

Would explain as a defense attorney stated in the real world the majority of his defendants are never mirandized. If you don't have that more that more than enough evidence, you try to keep a suspect talking as much as possible to get clues that leads to evidence that can be used. With the much higher expectations of the defendants less guarded answers leading to evidence compared to a possible suspects confession. And even with an unusable non-mirandized confession, there is no fruit of the poisonous tree.

Why is it that you conspiracy theorists, who call everyone else sheeple, sound identical to each other? You all have the exact same opinions on the same events, and always come to the same conclusion with each other. Sounds like you may be calling the wrong group of people sheeple...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,
maybe you would never have to hurt again...

We started to piece it all together in other threads:

While testing secret government weapons against innocent bystanders so they can be ready for future use against other innocent bystanders, the FBI agent in charge of the testing became all jacked up on fluoride water and became indiscriminate in his usage of said weapons. Not that he will be punished because the government totally gave the guy a high five afterwards. Anyways, the cop became suspicious of the entire "citizens falling over dead" thing and started to investigate the matter, at which point he started to discover the sinister conspiracy. Once he discovered that, he pretty much signed his own death warrant and had to be taken out by other cops. You see, some cops were in on the conspiracy which makes it that much more sinister.
What specific weapons they were using, the reasons they took out those specific individuals, how exactly they covered it all up is something we dare not discover for fear of our own lives. But we do know the goal: to create martial law. The goal for martial law?...Um, so they can then give people pills to shut us all up!

Its so obvious, you just have to do your own research because the media is in on the conspiracy, you sheeple.

Bombing suspect 'stopped talking' after being read miranda

After being read miranda rights, the boston bombing suspect in custody, dzhokhar tsarnaev, has stopped talking to authorities, officials tell the associated press.

"the surviving suspect in the boston marathon bombings acknowledged to the fbi his role in the attacks but did so before he was advised of his constitutional right to keep quiet and seek a lawyer, u.s. Officials said wednesday," reports the associated press.

"once dzhokhar tsarnaev was read his rights on monday, he immediately stopped talking, according to four officials of both political parties who were briefed on the interrogation but insisted on anonymity because the briefing was private.

"after roughly 16 hours of questioning, investigators were surprised when a magistrate judge and a representative from the u.s. Attorney's office entered the hospital room and read tsarnaev his rights, the four officials and one law enforcement official said. Investigators had planned to keep questioning him.
Guess the judge and attorney's office felt there was no longer any public safety exception and wanted anything else to be said to be usable in court. Thing is,, what did it matter as far as the US attorneys case is concerned? "Poisonous tree" evidence can be used even if he repeats the confession after any further public safety exemption can't be applied anymnore (plus there is already the confession to the kidnapped guy), now just means ******* won't be talking at all anymore.

EDIT: If he confesses again wouldn't matter anyway after its deemed the public safety thing expired if he already did when in under that public safety exemption.
