GM Revis trade might interfere with the Dolphins draft plans.

With the Jets acquiring the 13th overall pick (right behind the Dolphins) from the Buccaneers, I believe Ireland just lost his, "trade back for Tyler Eifert' option.

IMO, I don't see Tyler Eifert falling past the Jets at 13. One of the Jets most glaring holes on their roster is the tight end position. The Jets need somebody that can get up the seam for whoever starts at QB to have any chance of success this upcoming season. There has been a lot of Gronk / Eifert comparisons going around lately and with every passing day, It seems Eifert is separating himself from the pack. The other FACT that not many people talk about is how Eifert NEVER had a good QB or passing game at ND. Could you imagine Eifert with an NFL QB?

If Ireland trades 2b for Albert this will only increase are chances of drafting Eifert.

Just thought I'd throw my two cents in...

    RIP Michael Egnew

Who do you think was to trade up? There is value in this draft of having a multiplicity of picks. Unless it is one of the OT's or a team trading back into round one for a QB, I think trades are limited this year.

Not yet. But the word has it is everything is agreed upon. Revis as been given permission to goto Tampa and supposedly is taking a physical right now.

Forgive my spelling. This was sent from my phone.

It's all good, not facing Revis twice a year sounds good to me.

don't forget the jets could take Eifert with their 9th pick now since they will have 13 knowing we could take him at 12

Same here. How does this help the Jets and hurt us? A pro bowl shut down corner is out of the division. The pick was not going to be TE anyway. OL or DL in rd 1.
