So, just so I'm clear. You believe that a division rival trading away the best cornerback in the league is spin?

If the fins gets Albert then IMO the pick will be Tavon Austin, sending Bess to the Chiefs in trade fo Alberts because they need speed all over the field.

lets see here, so the jets need another CB, S, LB's, maybe a DT, a QB for the future, TE, WR's......Starting to not worry about Eifert.

but hey, Tebow still on the roster!

Ignoring the other factors involved, and simply stating it like this, is indeed spin.
Not every human is a manipulative, opportunistic, letch... or at least that's what I'm told.

What other factors? A rookie tight end? I love the draft, and have been doing mock drafts for years, but some of you guys over value picks. If the Jets draft Eifert, is that going to help them beat us? I'd rather have Mike Wallace matched up against Antonio Cromartie, and take my chances on the Fins defense covering a tight end that has nobody to throw him the ball.

Revis's cost, his injury, the no-tag clause in his contract, and the current state of the Jets football team. All of which lead to the likely conclusion that Revis wouldn't have been a Jet past this year anyway.

That still doesn't negate the fact that Revis would have been more of a problem to us this year than Eifert. Also, I'd be pretty surprised to see the Jets go after Eifert at 13. You still may have guys like Mingo, Austin, or one of the guards on the board.

i think they're in a matrix taking aqua kool-aid intravenously. i am not going to be 'the one' to pull his hair out splaining it to lucys either. it's hopeless.

this might also effect a trade back for a cb strategy, since Jets will be looking to get a starting cb for sure now.
