I don't care what the chiefs think. We have the opportunity to solidify our line with a proven vet to keep Tannehill off his back.

This is NOT going to happen before draft day!!!! It just makes no sense. Mark it down this will not, repeat WILL NOT happen before Thursday, and hopefully won't then. To sign a selfish, "me first", often injured, 28 yr old LT, to a long term deal will not end pretty. To get anything out of Albert you need to keep him on short term deals. I do not want him on our team, and really don't think he will be. Jeff has shown he is not this stupid, and unless he has fell on his head in the last 24 hours, this isn't going down, I don't care how many washed up morons want to think it is.

Yes! lts splash millions on OL help, while almost every good team with a good O line has fixed their line via draft in late rounds.

GO FIRELAND GO! spend the millions because last I remember it was Long alone who helped us win 7 games last year while Bess and Hartline with their pedestrian 2 TD combined had nothing to do with teh 9 losses.

Don't know you? Oline helps you win games and playmakers help you lose games. SMART MONEY FIRELAND.

Chiefs wanted 42 dolphins offered 77 ,we met in the middle at 54.Its how bargaining is done. Its down to the contract(money).

Also KC obviously wants this done by Thursday so the heat is on.This will more than likely go down tomorrow and it will be official on Weds.

I belive Albert for a late 2nd is far better than a potential rookie like Martin in the 2nd but I dont trust Albert. I hear $ to much come out of his mouth and that scares me.

I don't believe this report. The chiefs want this trade done to be able to plan around the draft pick. Just them trying to scare up some other interest in Albert in case the Dolphins balk at the price tag. This is them saying "the dolphins will do it...will you?" while knowing Dolphins can't deny this in case they are backed into a corner and forced to meet Alberts contract demands.

Poker playing through the media. Don't believe these bizarre strong reports that tilt in one direction without the culmination of a deal.
