Many teams want to trade down, with few looking to trade up. This draft has no star power, with most of the top ten being 10-20 in almost every other draft. I remember the player rankings from a couple moths ago, with Milliner in the 12-15 range, and Eifert in the late teens. I always thought the early rankings were more accurate than the later ones as far as talent.

I think we are gonna be stuck at #12 but will move back into the late first as Bill posted.

This is just establishing a market for a CYA move if all their options and targets flame out or get poached. You want to have something ready not field panic calls on Thursday.

i'm not creating anything...miami doesn't need more picks...they need impact players with the ones they have...and i've studied this draft as much as anyone on this board...this draft is deep at certain positions in the 2nd and 3rd rounds...
hoops scoops 2012 season ..."in 2014 ryan tannehill etches his name in stone amongst the games elite qbs"..."ryan tannehill and andrew luck will carry the afc for the next decade plus the way peyton manning and tom brady have this last decade plus"

Wasted 2 seconds looking, and 10 seconds posting that wasted too much of my time.

Agree but, don't see the impact players in this draft. Solid starters? yes but, that's about it.

there's high end talents here...which means potential for major impact players...lane johnson is as gifted a left tackle as any in recent classes...tavon austin as explosive a slot as we've seen given his polish....dj hayden has elite tools at cb...the top dts are all legit talents...the qb class doesn't offer much the rb class is more 3rd round values the de class is lacking...at lb there's some underrated guys with good instincts who could be impact pros...the wr depth in this class is very good may not be a top 5 nfl wr in it but you will get some damn good players that's for sure...

Everything is a lie this time of year. Why would any team tip their hand ?

All options are open. It's poker and Ireland has a big stack of chips.

Hopefully our old dog Jeff has learned some new tricks
