Nobody mentioned his skin color and if his 4.52 40 is not enough to tell you he's slow then nothing will be. I do like him though. He runs good routes and catches everything within his albeit limited radius, he also has good rapport with Tannehill which can never be understimated but certainly speed is not a strength of his.

Hartline is not slow. No need to argue, he simply isnt slow.

Oh good god the acqua and orange glasses are much more tinted than ever! I like this team. It's going to be fun watching. It's the best we've fielded in years. I support the current regime. But come on learn to appreciate our players for what they are and Hartline is by no means the definition of speed.

    He don't look fast but...

Before finding success in football, Miami Dolphins Wide Receiver Brian Hartline was a phenom in track. As member of Canton Glen Oak’s Track Team, Hartline won the Ohio State Championship in the 110M Hurdles. He was also champion in the 300M Hurdles. Check out the footage of the 2005 State Finals race.

Exactly. He is a good receiver, with average speed. He isn't fast, nor is he slow. And for someone to bring up him being white, that is just stupid. No one said anything about that. But by no means is he a speedster, and to argue that would be downright ridiculous.

Wallace is fast. Hartline is fast enough.

Remember Ginn and Gates were fast. If your not a good receiver to start with speed does not matter.

Hartline ran the 110 hurdles at 14.2 compared to ginn who was previously was the national champ at the 110 hurdles at 13.4. Not too bad for a scrawny kid who had a season ending ankle injury in football that same year.
