If you can't win with Revis...

Then you sure wont with Milliner. Don't get the logic but glad it's theirs and not ours.

Trading Revis was the right move. Trying to fill a gap at CB was not smart considering Fluker, Warmack and Eifert were all there and are bigger concerns for them. I think it's pretty funny that they continue to let Rex put his prints all over the selections. Good coach. Horrible talent evaluator.

This was a good pick. Revis was not going to be one the team, they had to trade him. No way the Jets were going to pay him all that money. Milliner is a great player, him and Cromartie will make a scary CB tandem

Well my point is they had a "scary tandem" and it got them nowhere. There were much bigger needs that could have been addressed or trade downs thay could have been made to actually make their team better. Instead they picked two Rex Ryan players that will get them nowhere next year.

I'm not complaining, just pointing out that while they had to trade Regis they botched the subsequent results of the trade.

If you can't win with Revis...

No team can win when they make a CB the focus of their team in today's NFL. If this was the 1990's I could see it.

So I guess I can say if you can't win w/ Marino you will never win w/ Tannehill? what a silly premise.

about winning, I know you hate when I bring it up but we did nearly make 2 SBs so we had really good teams. The last time we were under .500 w/ a healthy revis was his rookie year in 2007.

I don't think the problem is Milliner, it's that they declined to draft a weapon for buttfumble. Truly mind-boggling.

buttfumble doesn't seem to be in the long term plans for the Jets. Idzik is a little smarter than we thought.
