It "coulda" been VG BUT, Ireland FRACKED everything up for our team this year, and in the future, by making a questionable move on a 5th and 7th round pick trade.

That screwed our team, and seriously doubt we are ever gonna be able to recover. Nothing else he did matters. That one move will kill us for many a year, and because of it we are now looking at a top 5 pick next year. Time to look for a new team.

Will Davis won't be on the team in a year or two. Jordan will probably be decent but probably won't live up to the #3 overall pick...think Karlos Dansby: Solid but didn't live up to the playmaker money he received. I like the Jamar Taylor pick. I think he'll be a decent starter. Jenkins should be decent for where he was taken. Overall Ireland could have done a lot better. If Miami doesn't make the playoffs this season Ireland is gone.

A lot of the recent choices we've made rely on faith in Ireland and the scouts. That's usually a bad sign. I like being able to look at the drafts of San Fran, Baltimore, and Pittsburgh and totally get what they're doing without the same level of ambiguity. Even in a vacuum I like their drafts and that's not even considering that their track record proves they know what they're doing.

Remember that you don't just draft a guy if he doesn't fit your scheme. No sense in drafting the best man cover corner in the draft if you play mainly a zone scheme. Some of you think that BPA is the end-all-be-all way to draft.

Very true it seems like people think our offense is set because we got wallace and keller. Ireland is letting some offensive playmakers slip right by him in this draft, But hey whats new..
