With One Pick Left Barring Something Unforeseen....

What does this draft tell you? As for me, I think that Miami feels pretty good about the crop of receivers & offensive linemen they have or they feel that they have some others options available. At least on paper we have improved....

Im sure they have a plan at RT, may sign Winston or Clabo, or have Dallas start if hes good during training camp..

Very pleased with a number of picks but disappointed we shipped Bess and didn't snatch up one of the good wideouts this year.

They project to play Dallas on the left side, so he's is not a right tackle candidate. Right now if had to play tommorow, Will Yeatman would be a our starting right tackle.

Again, that may be an indication of the staff's sentiment regarding the talent that is already on board....

I definitely think the downer for me in this draft is that we didn't pick up one of those WR's on day 2. Had legitimate chances for Keenan Allen and Stedman Bailey.

Other than that, the draft has been decent on paper. The first pick definitely stole the show.

Exactly what I thought would happen.

I don't think another receiver was that much of a concern for this staff. We have 3 starting WR's and 2 TE's that can catch now, so I am not sure how often a 4th WR will be used. I also liked what I saw out of matthews last year as did a lot of people. Is everyone convinced our options available in the 4/5th rounds are CLEARLY better than Matthews?

Would have loved this draft if we had taken stedman bailey instead of will Davis. The 3rd round did not make a whole lot of sense to me.

Drafting Will Davis probably means Dimitri Patterson (and his 7 million dollar salary) is gone
