I'm not sure about specific gods, as in Christian god, etc. I think if there is a God or gods, they are the same. I also don't see God as one who is overly concerned with us and not he created this for this purpose, etc. I see, which sounds like a contradiction but Science and God together. God set things in motion, perhaps maybe not even for us, but pressed the "start" button on a simulator which random things came about, but also set the simulation to allow or purpose of precise things to evolve or develope.
Purpose being in things developed and this brought the "chance" for humans to eventually come. It brings it up though as there most likely is other life or life before us as the universe is infinite and there has to be some "goldilock" zones where some planets are habitable for life. So it's arrogant to think GOD created or started existence for the purpose of us and not other life that came and existed or intelligent that could exist or existed before us. I don't see God as a magical thinking, but more of a power or presence putting things together but not a babysitter like some think or blame GOD for the bad going on or why some bad people have a decent life or exist while other great people get cancer and die. There are tragic things happening everyday, but I think God set things up to play but not to really orchestrate how things happen and let's chance happen whether good or bad.
The Periodic Table divides into 8 basic groups.
