Of course it's scare tactics -- it's the only weapon they have in their arsenal...

Dolphins have never used scare tactics. Ross has committed to keeping the team in Miami no matter what while he is the owner.

Actually I think it's more along the lines of pissing and moaning unless the team is going to try for public funding a second time again here.

    Ice up, Leodis.

No. He said they will not invest anymore into the stadium and when he was asked about the stadium's future he said that it looked bleak. When asked whether or not Ross is planning to sell Dee said not today. The interviewer Jim Defede then told Dee that Ross really only had 2 options, sell or move the team.

So dee said that Ross wasn't planning on selling the team "today" and than the interviewer conveniently says the only two options are selling the team or relocation? Sounds like a veiled threat to me

It really isn't the fear card or scare tactics it is being realistic. Without stadium renovations the future is definitely cloudy. Ross himself won't move the team, but who knows what the intentions of the future owner will be. Without an up to date stadium and no lease with Miami, the future is definitely scary.

    It's not a threat, it's common sense.
