Same state that tried to make Christianity the official religion of the state, isn't it? Bunch of retards over there...

If I could take your pain and frame it, and hang it on my wall,

Where is Jeff Foxworthy now that we need him?

Remember. You are dealing with the first state to secede from the Union. The state that brought us Fort Sumter. The state that elected Strom Thurmond and John C. Calhoun.

Gotta hand it to 'em for being persistent in thinking that nullification is a valid tool for them to use. Pretty sure the issue was already decided, though.

Then again, who knows what history textbooks in South Carolina say? Maybe kids there never grow up learning a damn thing about the 1860s. Wouldn't shock me a bit.
I'm giving you a choice: either put on these glasses or start eatin' that trash can.

In all fairness, it's not like any aspect of Obamacare is constitutional.

    Two things:

    1. The highest court in the land disagrees with you.

    2. It's not for South Carolina to decide.

Because the Supreme Court never declares things constitutional or unconstitutional for political reasons. Also.they have been wrong in the past.
