My answer: yes. He will put the money down for the renovations. What do you think?
Nope...he is not a real fan...this is just "glitz and business" to him.
"May the acorns rest in peace..."
I am not sure if he will pay for it, but I think he does find a way to get it done.
Being the Billionaire that he is, I think that he will pay the additional 30 million in the long haul.
He said he wouldn't, so I voted no.
I don't think he will, but I sure hope he does. I do however, think he finds a way to get it done.
The guy offered to pay something around 70% of it already. After seeing the Marlins get that kind of money for a **** ass team, why the hell should he? He will wait until we become a better team and either sell or eventually get the $$$ needed to fix the stadium. So I voted No. Not to mention he said he wouldn't. Ross didn't get where he was on accident. The guy knows what he is doing and I also think he is a fan of the Phins. But he will do what is best for HIM.

If I was in his boots, I would and wouldn't think twice about it.
It would be a capitol expense so he could amortize it over the next 10 years
1. A tax deduction for the gradual consumption of the value of an asset, especially an intangible asset. For example, if a company spends $1 million on a patent that expires in 10 years, it amortizes the expense by deducting $100,000 from its taxable income over the course of 10 years. It is often used interchangeably with depreciation, which technically refers to the same thing for tangible assets.
It would end up costing him little. I think he just might do it.
