not a big fan of Eastbound and Down after season one.
sorry scrubs is my favorite series ever. I think philbin is the dr cox type. see him being hard on the guys but always there when they need him. was never a seinfield fan, yeah I know boo me. but in real life. the crew im on has 16 people on it at work including boss and me #2. im the Sherman to the philbin. my boss does everything to keep guys in line with detail, me being technician on crew, I have some power, I sorta try to keep the guys in line by being a butthole (was even told i'd be a strict foreman if I ever got promotion) but both me and my foreman chip in all the time to treat the other 14 guys on crew, whether bar trip, pizza, wings, etc.....they bust their humps for me and my foreman. mainly him, im just #2. he'll go to battle for our crew but will also call you out if you didn't do the job for him to go to battle with. I see that as a philbin type person. I see philbin as the person that will go to battle for you if do your job, treat you like a man. Cameron demanded no respect, saban treated the guys like kids, Cameron was clueless. In a real world environment like the one I live in, I think you have to command respect, while treat the guys like men, and know what you're doing, along with bonding with them. never known a coach in past to bond with players in our organization
i liked seinfeld but house was the best series ever. the only thing on now that has a chance to be great is elementary. dexter is good and so is the killing and breaking bad.

LOL "No Pick, No Pick" That was a great line in a Seinfeld episode, LOL. Or George's answering Machine. I have that ring tone. LOL
