Those actions are consistent with 1. a person who is familiar with this kind of retribution [not his first time involved in "gang discipline"], and 2. a person who considers himself above the law.
You know what the one thing I notice watching coverage of this is?
He looks comfortable in court. He's there in handcuffs, in a courtroom, with his lawyer getting up and blathering on about this and that, and he looks completely calm and comfortable.
That's just bizarre to me.

This doesn't sound like a crime of passion, this sounded like a planned murder...
How does a high profile guy like AH think he can get away with murder, especially when he is so careless with the aftermath?
