I wouldn't say he can run 25 mph. I'd like to see him do it from 0 to 25 mph then that's something to brag about!

I tried that before but the tread mill was going like 15-20,but you actually start laughing because it's so not normal not count getting a warning from the club managers.

Thats no big deal George Jetson regularly hit like 50 mph on his treadmill, until Jane finally stopped that crazy thing.

Re: Robert Gill, Cardinals rookie, hits 25 MPH on treadmill

Running 25 mph on a treadmill really isn't that fast. The treadmill does a lot of the work for you. I ran division 2 track and we ran treadmill work outs through the Frappier Acceleration Program. As a middle distance runner I only got up to 22 mph but a lot of sprinters hit 25 mph.

He is actually nowhere close to world class speed as Usain Bolt and other sprinters run between 27-28 mph in the 100 meter dash without the help of a treadmill.
