1. Team won't be great if last years crop of rookies beginning with Tanny, Martin and Lamar don't take a big step
2. Team won't be great If our CBs suck then we are also toast
3. Team won't be great if our Place kicking hasn't improved
4. TO differential must change for the better
disagree, look at Flacco .... even Rothlesberger ...
we can win a championship with a dominating defense and a capable offense. we need RT to play well - especially in the playoffs (a la Flacco), but we certainly can and hopefully will win a championship in the next 3 years because we have a very good 2-way team.
R1: Devante Parker WR Lousville
R2: Denzel Perryman LB Miami
R4: David Cobb RB Minnesota
R5: Adrian Amos Safety Penn State
R5: Doran Grant CB Ohio State
R6: Warren Herring DT Wisconsin
Flacco isint great, in fact, a Hail Mary made him an extra 20 million and a Super Bowl. RT just needs to be solid.
We've had "solid" ... Fiedler (after that disastrous 1st year) was a "solid" game manager. Same with Pennington. Wasn't good enough. We need better than merely "solid"
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he has to make the league forget about Brady. But there's a world of difference between solid and good.
1) Win the next game.
2) See goal #1
