So to counter the prior argument that voter fraud is so small as to be insignificant, pretty much negates his own argument when stating that it is discriminatory against youth and minorities. You could argue that there are so few people that incapable of not getting id's that so what if they can't get an id and vote.

The fact of the matter is I don't want any voter fraud if possible, and I don't think anyone can make the judgement call as to what is too much or too little voter fraud. Similarly, you wouldn't want to make the argument of what is too discriminatory and not enough, but a voter Id does not discriminate. It is a piece of plastic that can be attained by anyone that is capable of being a fast food dinner for 4 and is a citizen.
