Martin is a Coward. We don't need Cowards on our Team.

It's unfortunate, but better to know now what type of guy you have in front. Why don't we try Garner at the RT?

Why not try Yeatman? Oh, right, because this coaching staff doesn't make changes or adjust anything. Ever. Unless Steve Ross reams somebody out.
"Society became divided into camps in which no man trusted his fellow. To put an end to this, there was neither promise to be depended upon, nor oath that could command respect; but all parties dwelling rather in their calculation upon the hopelessness of a permanent state of things, were more intent upon self-defence than capable of confidence." - Thucydides, probably predicting the rise of internet message boards

I wonder would you say this to Martin's face or you just feel safe behind your computer? Think about it then ask yourself who is a coward?

OP, Martin is still a boy. Cut him some slack, he's got a lot of pressure to be what every fan wants him to be. They all do in their eatly 20's

"So I throw it up there?" "No! See that guy Wallace deep in the endzone? Him!"

We've got 18 and 19 year old kids leading fireteams in Afganistan right this second.
    That "He's a kid" stuff doesn't wash.

As far as being a coward, I wouldn't say that. I would say he's mentally weak/disordered, and that he needs to
find another, less stressful line of work.

    Thanks Shifty!

This is right up there with the most pathetic things I have ever seen posted on any forum. Don't think I need to explain.

You don't know the extenuating circumstances. You have no idea what's going on in his head and around him.

The irony is that your depicting of him as such in essence paints a clearer picture of you than it does of Martin.

Cowards deal with their problems in self-destructive ways or cause harm to others. Martin is being responsible and getting help.
I don't know that he's being 'responsible' based on the details I have on this situation, but if he has a legitimate problem I sincerely hope he finds help in treatment.

Let the guy alone. We have know idea what he is going through. There is an old saying about walking a mile in the other guys shoes and I think it applies here.
