A lot of positives. I have to say my biggest concern is management's poor drafting history with o-linemen. Outside of Pouncey, most high picks they've used on linemen haven't been very good. So to completely replace this line may not be as easy as people think.
Dolphins have a good chance at Super Bowl in the next 10-15 years IMO. Not in the next couple of years maybe, but latter on. Some of the analyst mention it being tough but I kind of disagree, to an extent. When Marino was in the game teams had to deal with salary cap issues from other team (Dallas and San Fran) but over the recent years teams regularly limp into the playoffs and do well in the playoffs due to parity. I also believe the team with the brightest future in the AFC East is Miami with what we see now.
