    Joe should be motivated by looking at his team, their performance, and most importantly his performance. He should be able to see that he is below average and have the desire to improve

    Also, I'm an underdog guy. Can you all still see the hurdles that have been faced on the journey? Look at the Seahawks, Broncos, 9ers. They're all complete teams. Pats are winning on Brady's arm and Belichick's brain.
    I say forget Manning and his refuseal to even come check out Miami.
