    Article is a hatchet job.

It's not the Dolphins fault that Bess is bat-**** crazy.

I agree with he was probably done with the Dolphins anyway. While he could make a great 3rd down catch, he sucked at YAC.... and his returning skills were just God awful.

I don't blame the Fins, I just pray that if I was in their position I would put the man ahead of the game.......

That's just wrong. A few years ago, Bess was considered one of the best slots in the league and you know it. There were some on here that even argued he was better than Welker (they were of course wrong...but the sentiment was there...) It has only been the last few years that he REALLY fell off. I may be because of the issues he is having.

Bull**** - No one did more for Bess (in his lifetime) than the Dolphins for giving him a chance at pro football after ending up in jail as a teenager and perhaps his head coach in Hawaii. To suggest that the Dolphins failed him is dumb. His skills were declining and he could not command a place on the team and the Phins traded him - end of story.

The Browns were blinded by his incredible play-making ability... they had WPA Fever

Was there a rush of support to keep Brandon Marshall around to help him?

Bess got a lot of attention and plays from the Fins. HE could not yield great yac.

Think about this, maybe JI was going to tell Cleveland in full disclosure about Bess, but Bess asked that he not to get a fair shot at another chance. We don't know.
Every Dolphins game is like a box of chocolates...

Well to be honest Bess was considered one one of the best because of his ability to make good catches and move the chains, not because of his playmaking ability. Welker had playmaking ability in terms of YAC, breaking tackles and scoring TD's. Bess did not have any of those abilities. Great possession, chainmover - no playmaking ability.
