Again, completely different type of comedy. You really don't see the difference between HIMYM and South Park?

If they don't like it then turn it off. It's no more offensive as a movie that depicts Mexicans as lazy, tequila drinking bandits that pillage and rape horses and ride off on the women.

Next you're gonna tell me that calling white people gringos is racist.

Both are comedies that engage in satire, vulgar jokes, innuendos and provocative subjects. And you're just splitting hairs at this point.

You keep posting 80s movies as if the 80s were some bastion of equality.

It was an comic parody of Asian martial arts-fantasy cinema, how was the actors going to be dressed? In suits and ties? Monty Python surreal characterizations in a mythological "world" punctuated with none of roles of story played by Asians in "cosplay".

    'People Are So Sensitive Nowadays'

Probably the best Don Lemon interview I've ever seen. He can be a bit of a douche at times. Is that racist?

Only if you think all black and/or gay people are douches.

What's funny is that nobody is angrier than white people who think we've gotten too PC. A group of people were offended by the show, the show acknowledged it and apologized, both move on, old white men remain angry.

If you think this is racist then you have become to PC and far too sensitive like Charlie just said in the clip. It's called taking a joke. People who are incapable of that are douches.

If that is an indirect way of calling me a douche, stop being a "pansy"/"wuss" about it.

I wasn't really offended by it, but I'm not Asian and I didn't grow up as one, being constantly bombarded by condescending stereotypes. I'm not in the business of telling people what they can and can't be offended by. You apparently are. By all means, stay angry about this. Shake your fists in the air. Let them know you want to ridicule their race and their culture and you damn well better be allowed to! Demand that HIMYM rescind their apology! Fight the power!
