    Decker is ok, and $15 million guaranteed isn't THAT ridiculous. He's bigger than people think, athletic, and runs routes well...but his hands aren't always the best. Honestly I'd prefer him with that contract than Wallace with his. It's not a steal, but not a bad contract either.

    Pettigrew is a bum, though. Has never lived up to his potential, and I don't think he is going to start now.
