WTF are you going on about? He harmed animals for amusement and financial gain hence I despise him, but nowhere in my sentence did I imply he still does (since I have no idea what he does in his spare time). I'd suggest that maybe you should get your reading comprehension skills in order before you post anything in response to what I wrote.

I despise him too. I wonder how many people saying "he did his time" would feel if it was their dog or any loved creature in their lives

Yes. Of all the things that we could petition in our country, I would have to put Vick practicing as priority number 1.

Exactly. The man paid his debt to society for his crimes according to our laws.

Not only did he serve his time in prison and pay the fines, but he lost a lot more financially than most would have. The guy cost himself millions in endorsements and whatever he wouldve made playing over that time.

But, the bottom line is he served his time and paid his fines. That is the law in our country. In fact, he probably did more time for those crimes than other people would have.

People need to move on. Anyone certainly has the right to despise Vick or not root for him if that is their choice, but trying to prevent him from moving on with his life is ridiculous.

It just kills me that some people have less of a problem with allowing players in who have killed HUMANS via things such as vehicular manslaughter etc etc... I never saw anything about petitions to keep Dante Stallworth from being on a certain property.

Pretty much. Vick should be able to attempt to earn a living.

    He's still a piece of ****.

    Ice up, Leodis.

Not that very long ago dog fighting was a huge past time world wide. The righteous indignation always comes from the people who know the least.
You're joking, RIGHT? They do all kinds of inhumane **** to those dogs to make them more vicious so they'll put on a good show. It isn't even REMOTELY similar to conflict between animals in the wild. And you want to talk about other people not knowing anything?

I don't get it anymore. It was years ago. Move on. You can say "blah blah blah what if it was your dog that he did it to?" But that implies that he was using other peoples dogs. He wasnt, he was using his own. It's not like he was jumping over the neighbors fences and stealing their dogs. These were dogs he was breeding himself to fight.

If your so concerned about other peoples feelings, how about instead of questioning why an animal abuser is allowed to play, instead question why people who drive drunk and hit and kill an innocent pedestrian are allowed back in the league. Nobody talks about them
