Why, last season this team started all vets and was disaster...

I think too often we look at past trends to make a specific judgement about the future...we have no idea how starting two rookies will effect the line play....

I don't believe RT should be our top priority. I know it's a need but what we need most is TDScorers so I'm looking at the kid from FSU. First name is Kelvin but his last name escapes me right now. That guy is going to be a beast. We need a target like that for the red zone. We have nobody like him on our roster. I'm hoping we get him,

No player is a dead cert, so IMO if the option to trade back is there you take it. The more you draft, the more players can possibly succeed.
    Draft
    1-WR-Marqise Lee
    2-DT-Louis Nix
    3-OG-Gabe Jackson
    4-QB-AJ McCarron
    5-DT-Daniel McCullers
    5-CB-Antone Exum
    6-OT-Antonio Richardson
    7-OT-Seantrel Henderson

True, they could be great but, based on history, I do not see the odds in favor of that. D's have become much more complicated, and most rookies on the OL take a year to adapt, as well as getting stronger, even top first round picks.

Yes but, the chances diminish in finding a VG player the farther you drop down.

Granted but they also easier to cut and replace due to lower salary etc. then with the successful one you create an environment of resigning your own rather than expensive FA from other franchises.

On trading down, you're going to loose the guy you wanted to trade down for 90% of the time. So, if you're trading down 5 spots, there better be 4 guys you will be happy with, if it's 10 spots there better be 8 or you are going to have buyer's remorse on the guy you could have had.

With that in mind, do those wanting to trade down see enough players you would be happy with if it was not a RT?
    Yes - I can list like 12 players ->

I can get a RT with the 50th pick -> or in the third/fourth Mehort, Taylor, I also like the Canadian Duvarney -Tardiff but I am biased!!!!
Pastor stands up in Church from the pulpit and asks the congregation if they know what the resurrection is about? Small child in a pew puts his hands up and would like to answer, pastor asks the child to answer, Boy says "If the resurrection persists over 4 hours you have to call a doctor"

Just me but, I would much rather have the successful one. I'm at my wit's end on cutting and replacing.
