Tuned in to the NFL draft, to watch football players who will probably be cut in training camp get selected by a bunch of NFL teams that I mostly don't care about. Saw a guy licking cake off of another guy's face. Thought "Okay, wow, I didn't want to see that."

Found out I'm a terrible person who needs a frontal lobotomy.

    Thanks, internet.
God bless, I'll hang up and listen.

Yep they just shut me down writing a reply. Of course there were some bad comments in that thread in terms of just hate so I understand.

Yep, private sector. It's hard to think of the nfl as a "job" and employer, but technically nfl athletes are very athletically talented, highly paid employee depended on their skill level. Many companies can and do punish it's employees for saying and doing things that go against the companies standards. Public relations is a big deal to most companies, and speech can be limited if argued that it hurts the company's business. People aren;t being arrested so their is freedom of speech, but companies have the right for their own judgments as long as it's not illegal activitiy. Took a law in the workplace class years ago.

Force a smile and repeat after me, brothers. I love you.

Even forced, doesnt the smile feel good? If you let love be your religion and peace your gospel, you will know God by any name.

All Jones essentially said was that he found the display with Sam on TV to be unappealing. That is really the essential information from his tweets. How he was suspended and punished for this is beyond me. What are the Dolphins saying? That the only acceptable view is to find two men kissing appealing and beautiful even if you are a heterosexual man? How absurd is this?

Jones wasn't punished because of what he said, he was punished because the Dolphins are scared, he is a sacrificial lamb to appease the media gods who are waiting to throw lightning down on anyone who doesn't walk lock step with their views on this issue.

Yea the White House practices it too I believe a couple of years ago there was a old female Jewish reporter who basically came out against why we were supporting Isreal and she was banned from reporting at the White House and may have lost her job. Free speech yea as long as you agree with the social agenda being preached by the powers to be.
