    Player Dolphins release Marcus Thompson

The Miami Dolphins have released rookie linebacker Marcus Thompson.

Thompson is an undrafted free agent from Rutgers.

The 6-foot-1, 250-pounder was signed after the draft.

Thompson was a roster casualty with the Dolphins signing veteran offensive guard Daryn Colledge to a one-year contract.

I thought the same thing. I think its time to let him go. we don't utilize him the way he should be. he is a mismatch from hell coming out of the back field, but its time to move on

"What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

He's not a threat at running back, we have a logjam at WR and he hasn't given much of anything in the return game; time to free up a roster spot.

Damn, wish I wouldn't have ordered my authentic Marcus Thompson jersey now.
Please God, let me see 1 Dolphins Superbowl victory before I die.
