unfortunately I don't work with linux much.......but if you need any help with firewalls/routers/networking/ or windows security that's what I do for a living. certified in Check Point (CCSE/CCSA), Cisco (CCNA/CCDA), Microsoft (MCSE) and hold my CISSP as well. Currently I'm contracted out to a government agency and soley responsible for their internet infrastructure that services about 500,000 in payroll so a lot of online applications. Anyways, if you need of those skills just drop me an email and I'd be glad to answer and questions, make recommendations or make up any diagrams etc. if your hosting needs should change.
i am versed in unix.... what kind of "optimization" are they talking about. You need to be careful, there is a lot of "smoke and mirrors" stuff going on out there....
