Will Three consecutive Division losses be enough?

To get Wannstedt fired by midseason?

If it happens , I don't think anyone could argue that the season is officially over so, what would be the downside of canning Dave?

Could any of the coordinaters or other coaches be an improvement?.....Would any of them be worse?

I undertsand that it wouldn't save the season but, at that point who would actually WANT to see Wannstedt coaching this team for the rest of the year?

If we lose the next three games. ....I would rather lose every game for the rest of the year with a different coach who at least has different ideas than to suffer through the same ol' same ol' from Dave for one more game.
At a television studio in Hollywood on Monday night, Dolphins defensive end Jason Taylor was doing the fox trot. He probably was wearing makeup, too.
About an hour south down Interstate 5, quarterback John Beck was on the verge of lining up his chicken nuggets in a shotgun formation.

I would rather wait until the end of the season so that we can make a bid at all possible candidates. If we fire Dave midseason, we will have to promote from within. I would rather go outside the team and find fresh blood instead of re-treads from within Wanny's staff. I am hoping for a Pioli/Weiss staff next year.

Why must this team always underachieve???

I don't think anybody we promote from within would have a snow balls' chance in he// of turning this ship around so, I wouldn't be worried too much about them retaining the job after the season is over.
Unless of course, They DID turn the ship around.

    I don't think so.
Is not like it helps the team by firing him through midseason.Just let Dave keep diging his grave.

promoting from within means nothing. It is exactly what it is, interim and a part time promotion. Look at Terry Robiskie with the Redskins a couple years ago.

Wanny has a winning record. He's not so bad. He owns the bills as a matter of fact he has a better winning record against the bills compared to Shula ahgainst Levy. Plays the best Coach in the league ( BB ) very close every game . Maintained one of the best defenses in the league even at present.

What's not to love about Wanny other than his mustache?

The fact that the only person sticking up for him is a bills fan, speaks volumes

You are actually right.....He is not a bad game day coach...he is just way too conservative......

But either way...you sometimes have to make a change.....this is one of those times.....
