Predictions for the Introductory Press Conference

Not that I put much stock into the Yellow Journalism Hacks of South Florida....

But, what do you think the likes of Cole, Salguero, Schad, Goldberg and Pope will have to say about the Coach following his first "official" press conference?

And perhaps even more interestingly, what stupid questions do you think they will ask?
A simple philosophy lesson......there are 32 teams in the National Football League: the Miami Dolphins, and 31 other teams wishing they could be!

GINN, BECK, SATELE, BOOKER, SOLIAI, MAUIA, MORMINO, SMITH, FIELDS, WRIGHT.........THE YOUTH MOVEMENT HAS BEGUN!

what are your plans? - the #1 stupiest question any media asks a new coach. Like he wants to do anything other then win games and win the superbowl :goof:

Here is a dumb question that they forgot to ask Saban? Did you get that sweater at K-mart before they went bankrupt? You just won a National Championship break out the formal wear.

Q - How do you plan to win over a hostile locker room which wanted coach Bates to have the job?

Saban: I haven't met with any players and I'm unaware of any hostility. It's natural when you're playing for a coach to want to give your best for that coach. I'm not concerned.

HEADLINE: SABAN UNCONCERNED WITH PLAYER HOSTILITY
    "I was celebrating:
    1) Portis' tackle-breaking run
    2) Anderson's tackle-breaking run
    3) Anderson's (3-yard) TD
    4) Griffin's big run"

Saban is in for a rude awaking with the Miami Media. They hate the fins with a passion I've never seen in other towns. High fiving when we don't make the playoffs and slapping each other on the back when they drag our team through the mud.

I hope the first words out of Saban mouth is to tell them to f*** off.

It may be the other way around. The Miami media may be in for a rude awakening with Nick Saban. He won't stand by like Dave did and put up with the crap they spew forth.

All of the Miami media shouldn't be lumped into this though. There are a few good ones out there like Alex Marvez, Joe Schad, and Ethan Skolnick, who do their job the way it is supposed to be done.

I predict I'll be at work and will miss the entire thing.

Still, like KB said, you can't lump them all together. There are some good ones.
