China preparing for war with US?

    http://washingtontimes.com/national/...0336-4092r.htm

If this is true, we had better stop spreading our military thin around the globe and start gearing up.. China wont be a pushover...

Philbin ... put it all together in a PowerPoint presentation. Everything about that presentation had to be perfect.

If any PowerPoint slide had a spelling or grammar mistake, any typo, any scheme error, that was my responsibility, just like a teacher, Philbin said.

I bet their men of fighting age outnumber us 5-1 or 6-1. This is not good, not good at all.

Do we give them Taiwan and trust that it will be their only demand?

If they try to take Taiwan then WW3 will be started. BTW, I bet anything that in this situation France and Germany DO take our side.

Basically ya.. They might be just waiting for the US to spread its military out with all of these stability programs. But if China were to attack, we would most likely be forced to take some troops out of places like Iraq and Afghanistan.. it would be chaos and definately WWIII.. Ive been hearing inklings of this for awhile now, and read some articles on the subject before.. I have a friend in the military and I asked him about China once and he said they were more worried about the China threat than the terrorist threat.

I wonder who would ally with us outright. Im sure Canada and England would... but do you think other European countries would sortve wait to see how it develops like the US did until Japan brought them in during WWII? China would have NK.

No you dont.. Thats what China wants.. If you just hand over Taiwan you are basically conceeding power to China, and setting a dangerous precedent, one that they would take advantage of and attempt to acquire more land that they do not have a right to.. Lord knows they could use more land with their overpopulation issues.

Germany may, France I can see being it's same old pain in the @$$!

But in a war like that, nobody wins! The Taiwan thing is above my pay scale! We have always helped the (No pun intended) the little people, right or wrong. But I don't know about something like that!

I think Japan would help, they have never really gotten along with China, Canada would have no choice, they are on ground Zero (No disrespect with use of the word). Yes England. I think Nato would be mixed! Germany I could see helping, France I could see running.

    I'll say it again, wow!

Intelligence played down or missed or overlooked in the last 10 years. 6 of those 10 years were under Clinton. I wonder if this has anything to do with the military secets that were stolen during the Clinton years, you know the secrets that were bought and paid for? And that Al Gore personally received the money for? Hmmm? Makes you wonder huh?
