I think his leash is longer than you think. One of the beat writers said Grier had "Supreme job security" like 3 months ago.

I agree. IMO those that want to believe he's on the hot seat are just haters.

Is that based on players signing 2nd deal with the team that drafted them? It's tough to separate picks into just "hits" and "misses". Just tough criteria to make. I'd actually go "subjective" for best criteria. And I'm the stats guy, usually never want "subjective".

Wow, Carolina finally won something. Granted they could've/should've went a different way with their pick. Their roster is way to bare for a RB coming off an ACL injury. The Rams paid a steep price there.
