Not bad, but to not list Marvin Harrison Jr is just obnoxious.

The game is not about physical profiles as much as it is about players. You're not picking a boyfriend. Grier & Co are picking a football roster.

Maybe if you looked for traits instead of physical profiles. Moneyball style. Statistics. Analytics.

Like, what matters at each position based on our scheme?

Under Flo, all that mattered as a MEG corner was staying in phase. So you look for CBs that give up the least separation in man coverage and so on

You use things like cone/40 times as CONFIRMATION of how translatable the trait is.

A CB that specializes in man coverage with a cone time over 7 secs and/or a 4.50+ plus 40 probably won't be able to win at the NFL level as a man only CB. However if he can jump out of the stadium he can probably play the flood side.

Get it?

With respect, how does anyone have Joe Milton as a day 1 QB? I've only seen him rated as a day 3 pick.

With respect, how does anyone have Joe Milton as a day 1 QB? I've only seen him rated as a day 3 pick.

It's intentional. People have Drake Maye who sucked in college as top 5 pick. Last year Anthony Richardson who absolutely sucked in college was top 10 pick, and so on. Will Levis who was terrible in college was touted as day 1 pick. Going back year after year to Josh Allen, Darnold, our own Tannehill, Rosen, list goes on and on.
I am objective, if all those guys were day 1 picks, Joe Milton 100% is a day 1 pick. The others are not objective, and more than that, they are wrong for doing it like that, they are inconsistent.
