The team will be making a late addition to Mike McDaniel's staff, hiring former University of North Carolina and Wisconsin assistant Rob Everett, according to FootballScoops.com

Anybody know this guy's story?

Everett will be hired as an offensive assistant with the Dolphins after spending the last season as a senior offensive analyst at Wisconsin. His coaching resume also includes a stint as tight ends coach and assistant to the defensive coordinator for the Memphis Express of the Alliance of American Football in the spring of 2019.

Not much of a resume. No idea where he fits in. Was a TE coach before so maybe TE assistant coach

Was hoping for a late subtraction…ahem Crossman.
With the major changes to the kick return rules, don't be surprised if Miami has a great opportunity to improve on Special Teams. Crossman's vast experience can be utilized in what could be quite chaotic for some teams. He either gets results by taking advantage of the opportunity or he will be out. (It should also be noted that we have picked up some key free agents who contribute on Special Teams).

Let's go Crossman...

He graduated from Michigan over 20 years ago so perhaps Ross's money is paying to move his family to Florida. In the below podcast, the interviewer phases it well with training coaches to where to watch and when to communicate. He also has experience with the GoArmy Football App. Therefore, he may be a behind the scenes that helps the staff resolve some of their issues.

It says Offensive Assistant and some coaches hold just that designation. I don't recall Miami having any Quality Control coaches; the two terms could be synonymous. some teams use one designation and some use the other, but the duties are the same,
