Not sure if this was posted before. Glad to see this sort of thing happens. Kohou definitely looked a bit shaky at times this season (compared to last) but really got stuck in bad situations many times. I love the way he tackles.

At $878,000 for playing all 16 games good for him. The bonus isn’t about how well one “played” but how much they played. Anyway, happy for him. Good kid.

Regardless of his performance, Kader earned that bonus imo.
That being said, a UDFA was thrust into so many snaps because Grier whiffed on a 1st, and seemingly, and 2nd round CBs in the past 4 drafts.

Sure, he deserved it for playing time.
I used to be a huge Kohou supporter and cheerleader.
However, when he chose to watch Josh Allen continue for a 1st down, rather than you know tackling him. I couldn't wait for him to no longer be a Phin.
Same with Riley against Mahomes in the playoffs.
The 2 biggest games of the season and Kohou watches Allen and Riley just slaps Mahomes on the buttocks as he runs by.

It became obvious why he was an UDFA against playoff teams. Good kid, but limited physical skills. Good for him getting his reward for his effort.
Personally, happy for the kid. That’s some life changing money.
However, I told everyone a year ago that if he’s playing significant minutes, we have a problem.

This is about the future, not the past.
If he has a good year performance wise, why not?
I think he his issues last year had to do with Fangio's defense with bend but not break....instead of being aggressive.

This is not really a good thing for the team since he was awful last year.
The performance agreement applies to all players in the league. It's not a team thing.
Dude gets a bonus for performance and people come in here to sh*t on him. Go figure.

Yes I am aware of that. I just meant him eating up more of our cap space is not good for the team if he is going to be bad again next year.
